Raspberry Chipotle Salmon on Cedar Plank
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. salmon fillets
- ¼ cup Cornet Bay Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
- Cedar Cooking Plank
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Soak cedar plank for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preheat grill or oven to 375°. Place the marinated salmon on the plank (skin side down). Place in oven or grill (over indirect heat) and cook for 14-18 minutes. DO NOT FLIP FISH!
